A special event at Watershed Cinema as part of the Bristol Poetry Festival exploring the kinship between radio and poetry. Could they be considered sister mediums: both concerned with sound, voice, breath, imagery, imagination and the built-in music of language?
Producer Mair Bosworth (BBC Audio / In the Dark) will be curating a selection of audio documentaries, experimental radio features and podcasts from some of her favourite producers and sharing some of her own work. Featuring the poetry of Ilya Kaminsky, Mary Oliver, Rainer Maria Rilke, Caleb Femi and more.
