What does it mean to move or be moved?
Fatuma Khaireh, in association with In The Dark and LAGO Collective, is presenting an evening of radio documentaries, sound art, music and performance which will think deeply about how we move through the world. From bus rides and tube crushes to mass migration and global supply chains; Irish travellers hit the road, a son deals with emotional and literal baggage, and a woman navigates loss via GPS. Join us in listening to these varied collective experiences of movement.
Fatuma Khaireh is a London-based audio producer, cultural worker, and facilitator who is interested in the intersections of arts, culture, well-being, and social justice, and the potential they hold for social transformation.
LAGO Collective is a research and creative collective on movement, culture and the arts. Founded by Marta Foresti in 2022, their mission is to change the narrative on the global movement of people.
